Learn the basics of Ballet pointe work in this beginning level class. This class is designed for students with ballet technique of Ballet 3 or higher. Through repetitive barre exercises, dancers will develop the ankle strength and stability that is required for pointe work. This class is also appropriate for the skilled ballet dancer who is looking to maintain strength on pointe.
