SENIOR DANCE
Wednesday | 2:30 – 3:30pm | In-Person Drop-in
Senior Dance is an hour of focusing on full body movement. The class focuses on movement with influences from Ballet, Horton, Jazz, and Limón techniques. Senior Dance blends technique, strength building, stability, and core conditioning designed for the mature body. Movement level modifications will be provided. This class is perfect for the adults to seniors.
MULTI–LEVEL ADULT CONTEMPORARY
Saturday | 10:00 – 11:15am | In-Person Drop-in
Adult Contemporary class will focus on movement with influences from Ballet, Horton, Jazz, and Limón techniques. The class will start with a gentle warm-up built on a Ballet foundation then accelerate to athletic full-body combinations across the floor and in center. This class is guaranteed to put a smile on your face while you build strength and stamina.
Basic Ballet
Saturday | 11:15am – 12:15pm | In-Person Drop-in
Basic Ballet is a 1 hour class focused on the basics of beginning ballet technique. Movement level modifications will be provided. This class is perfect for beginning teens, adults and seniors. Come connect and move!
